Our shipping is handled by Amazon, through their US, UK and Canadian sites. Head to your relevant site to see if they can ship to your chosen address.
All tracking information is handled within the Amazon system. Click on the “Your Orders” link, under the accounts heading, find your order, and any available tracking information will be listed there.
Amazon will give details of shipping and delivery times, but as all of our products are available on Prime, they generally ship next business day for Prime customers.
You can contact us via your Amazon order system, or get in touch with us directly, citing your order number, within 90 days of your purchase. We will always do anything we can to help. Prime customers are eligible for free returns through the Amazon system.
